Booking and Payment Policies

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Stripe, and bank transfers.
  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
  • Liability: Humble Hive is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages to personal property during the rental period.
  • Insurance: Renters are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.
  • Noise Levels: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  • Smoking/Drinking/Drug Use Policy: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use is not permitted inside or around the premises. If you or members of your party wish to indulge in activities that children or individuals in recovery cannot participate in, please do so while outside of the property.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee.
  • Data Collection: We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only.
  • Data Protection: Your information is securely stored and not shared with third parties.
  • Unforeseen Events: Humble Hive is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

  • Gift Shop Items: Not available for return.
  • Partial Refunds: Available if the issue is documented in a photograph or video and submitted to customer service within 7 days of rental.
  • Full Refund: If cancelled 3 days prior to arrival.
  • 80% Refund: If cancelled before 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • 50% Refund: If cancelled on the same day.
